Welcome to LeaderPath (leaderpath.biz). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our management coaching and leadership development programs ("Programs"), information products ("Info Products"), and goods ("Goods").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in any Program, purchasing an Info Product, or acquiring Goods from LeaderPath, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Definitions
- Programs: One-on-one coaching sessions, group workshops, and leadership retreats offered by LeaderPath.
- Info Products: Digital materials such as e-books, video courses, templates, and assessments designed for self-paced learning.
- Goods: Physical items including printed workbooks and branded merchandise.
3. Enrollment and Delivery
Enrollment in Programs is completed via our website at leaderpath.biz. Delivery of Info Products occurs through electronic download links sent to your email. Goods are shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees applicable to Programs, Info Products, and Goods are listed on our website. All fees must be paid in full before participation in a Program, access to Info Products, or shipment of Goods. Accepted payment methods are indicated at checkout.
5. Refund and Transfer Policy
LeaderPath offers different refund and transfer options depending on the type of offering:
- Programs: You may request a full refund or transfer of enrollment to a future date up to 7 days before the scheduled start of the Program. To request a refund or transfer, please submit your request via Contact Us. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. Transfers are confirmed upon email notification.
- Info Products: If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of download. To qualify, no more than 10% of the content may have been accessed. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment source. Requests made after 14 days or when usage exceeds 10% are not eligible for refund.
- Goods: Physical items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are borne by you unless the item is defective. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued within 14 business days to the original payment method. Trades or credits toward future purchases may be offered upon request.
6. No-Refund Justification for Premium Services
Certain Premium Programs, such as bespoke leadership assessments and exclusive retreats, involve significant preparation, dedicated resources, and facilitator allocation. Once the enrollment and preparatory process has commenced, these services are non-refundable to ensure the highest quality and commitment for all participants.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and deliverables provided by LeaderPath are the intellectual property of LeaderPath. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeaderPath’s total liability arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our Programs, Info Products, or Goods is limited to the amount of fees you paid for the specific offering that gave rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
